I intend to see you in Miami on the 21st if the Universe is agreeable! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this video -- I need some wire shelving!! We've been following Dr. D's lead and staging our bananas on the steps of the CO-OP, which seems to work well. I'm glad to learn more about how it's done, so I can keep the ripe fruit flowing. Tell me about how to handle mold. I've been cutting it away from our tomatoes, but some of them crack before they're ready, so I didn't really know what to do with them. Keep on making show-n-tell tutorials for the newbie 811rv'ers like me!
