I have recently taken up quilting but have been crafting and painting for a longtime. Are those the kind of activities that will be shared here? I am currently finishing up a cookbook I have been writing with my family now for 2 years.
It's a place where people can come together and create anything from detailed 3D graphics to crocheted dollies. Or simple Origami to elegant fashion designs. It's also for people to get to know people who are interested in the same type of stuff.

I need to introduce you to our new F.I.T family trainer, Richard Blackman (see his ShudupnTrain vid featured on the homepage here at iLiF.) No doubt Richard would very much enjoy learning the art of body painting with henna, as tattoos can be quite expensive and of course, permanent in design! I have also heard that blood toxicity is a concern with conventional tattooing, and not so with henna, although "black henna" frequently causes adverse reactions due to the chemical dye used to darken it and speed up the process. Fascinating practice, to be sure.
