Just sharing some thoughts

I use to look at teachers working in the public school system with such awe, of how can they do this, year after year, were they even human? :)
for years I wanted to do what they were doing, but couldn't and thought I must be missing a gene to be able to do that. I have been on this journey working in schools that are part of the public school system. I am taking my notes of what I do like. I voice my opinion about things at one job,there, I have been the minority in that, or at least it seems to be like that so far. I got a new job, but they don't know I look at it as paid field work.
